What is the My Hadi program?
My Hadi is our free loyalty program that rewards every one of your purchases!
How does it work?
Earn points:
Accumulate points with each order and turn them into discounts on your future purchases.

Free and easy: Simply create your customer account to start earning points.
Note: The My Hadi program is different from the Hadi Prestige subscription and fully compatible with it!
How to earn points?
Easily earn points through your actions and purchases!
On your purchases:
Earn 1 point = 1 CHF/€ spent on all your jewelry
Bonus actions:
- Create your My Hadi account
- Follow Hadi Jewelry on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok...)
- Birthday gift
- Referral:
Recommend Hadi Jewelry to your friends, they get 5 CHF/€ off and so do you! Valid from 30 CHF/€ purchase.
The more active you are, the more points you accumulate for your next discounts!
How to exchange points?
As soon as you have accumulated enough points, convert them into discount vouchers to use on your next order!
Reward scale:
- 200 points = 10 CHF/€ discount
- 400 points = 22 CHF/€ discount
- 800 points = 46 CHF/€ discount
- 1000 points = 60 CHF/€ discount
How to do it?
- Log in to your My Hadi account
- Go to your points balance
- Select the desired discount
- Enter your discount code on your next order
Good to know: The more points you redeem, the better the value! (1000 points = 60 CHF/€ instead of 50 CHF/€)
Additional information
How are points calculated?
Points are awarded on the total amount of your purchases after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping fees.
Example: For an order of 100 CHF/€ with -40% (Hadi Prestige member), you earn 60 points (on 60 CHF/€ paid).
In case of a return:
If you return an item for a refund, the points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your balance.
Points validity period:
Without any activity on your account:
- Up to 799 points: valid for 6 months
- From 800 to 1000 points and above: valid for 1 year
The more points you accumulate, the more time you have to use them!
Tip: Check your points balance regularly in your My Hadi area so you don’t lose any!
