Warranty – Color & Finish

An unmatched warranty on the color of our jewelry

Like many jewelry lovers, we’ve experienced the frustration of pieces tarnishing or fading after only a few wears. Exposure to water, soaps, perfumes, lotions, or workouts can quickly alter ordinary jewelry… but not our Hadi Jewelry pieces.

Our jewelry is designed to last. Made from premium stainless steel and 18k gold plated using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology, our pieces feature plating up to ten times thicker than standard plating. This innovative, eco-friendly process ensures a highly durable finish, preserving long-lasting shine and color.

Our jewelry is made to be worn daily, including in contact with water. They are not prone to tarnishing or discoloration when used under normal conditions.

Our commitment: a warranty exclusively devoted to color

Because we have full confidence in the quality of our jewelry, we offer a color retention warranty for a period of 1 year.
This warranty is extended to 2 years for Hadi Prestige members.

If, during the warranty period, your jewelry should tarnish or lose its color despite normal use, we commit to offering you a replacement in line with our quality standards.

Warranty exclusions

The Hadi Jewelry warranty does not cover :

  • breakage,

  • impacts,

  • wear due to improper handling,

  • inappropriate or excessive use,

  • any mechanical damage (broken chain, damaged clasp, deformation, etc.).

These situations result from the use and handling of the jewelry and do not constitute a manufacturing or finishing defect.
