An unmatched warranty on the color of our jewelry

Like many jewelry lovers, we have experienced the frustration of seeing pieces tarnish or fade after just a few uses. Exposure to water, soap, perfume, lotions, or even workouts can quickly affect traditional jewelry… but not our Hadi Jewelry pieces.

Our jewelry is designed to last. Made from premium stainless steel and 18K gold-plated using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology, our jewelry features plating up to ten times thicker than standard plating. This innovative, environmentally friendly process guarantees a highly durable finish, ensuring lasting shine and color over time.

Our jewelry is designed to be worn every day, including in contact with water. It is not prone to tarnishing or fading when used under normal conditions.

Our commitment: a warranty dedicated exclusively to color

Because we are fully confident in the quality of our jewelry, we offer a warranty on color retention for a period of 1 year.
This warranty is extended to 2 years for Hadi Cercle members.

If, during the warranty period, your piece were to tarnish or lose its color despite normal use, we commit to offering you a replacement, in accordance with our quality standards.

Warranty exclusions

The Hadi Jewelry warranty does not cover :

• breakage,

• impacts,

• wear caused by improper handling,

• inappropriate or excessive use,

• any mechanical damage (broken chain, damaged clasp, deformation, etc.).

These situations are related to the use and handling of the jewelry and do not constitute a manufacturing or finish defect.
