What is Hadi Prestige?

Hadi Prestige is our exclusive membership program that offers our members a 40% discount on all jewelry in the online store, as well as special benefits such as free shipping on all orders, 3x more loyalty points than non-members, early access to sales and new arrivals.

How can I become a Hadi Prestige member?
Become a Hadi Prestige member is simple. You just need to subscribe to our annual Hadi Prestige subscription. Upon purchase confirmation by email, you will receive two personal codes to enter on the payment page for each purchase and you can immediately enjoy all the benefits as an exclusive member.
How long does the Hadi Prestige subscription last?

The Hadi Prestige subscription is valid for one year from the date of membership. During this period, you can enjoy a 40% discount on all jewelry and other exclusive benefits.

Do you offer a trial period?

No, but you have 30 days to cancel your Hadi Prestige subscription. Please write to us at prestige@hadijewelry.com or directly through our contact form here and read our returns and refunds policy here.

Does the 40% discount apply to the entire store?

No, the discount does not apply to Hadi Prestige and our gift cards.

Can I use the 40% discount in combination with other promotions or discount codes?

As a member, you also benefit from a 40% discount on our sale items. Not all promo codes are valid, but this will be indicated to you.

What are the benefits of becoming a member by signing up for the My Hadi program?

As a member of Hadi Prestige and by signing up for the My Hadi program, you will receive 3 times more points than our non-member customers.

Can I cancel my Hadi Prestige subscription?

You have 30 days from the confirmation of your order to cancel your subscription, only if you have not taken advantage of any benefits.

You will then be able to request an exchange, a credit note, or a refund. After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you placed an order within the 30 days, earned points with the My Hadi program, or other benefits, the Hadi Prestige subscription will be non-refundable.

Order

Order confirmation

After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. It will include your detailed order, order number, product(s) purchased, amount paid, shipping address, billing address, and selected shipping method.

You can also find the details of your order in your customer account, if you have created one.

Modify or cancel my order
For non-subscription purchases, we prepare your order on the same day. You must send us an email within the hour to info@hadijewelry.com, so that we can make a change. Our logistics team is very responsive to ensure delivery within 2 to 4 days. If you no longer want your order or wish to make an exchange, you can exercise your right of withdrawal in order to return the items ordered.
The gift card

You can offer a gift card to the person of your choice by selecting the desired amount of 50, 75, 100, and 200 Chf/€.

You will receive by email a gift card to print or to send directly by email to the recipient containing a unique activation code to be activated on the payment page.

The activation code of the gift card is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Delivery tracking

Delivery times and shipping costs

All orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day. For orders placed after 1pm, parcels will be shipped the next day. The delivery time is 2 to 4 working days, either by tracked letter or parcel.

If your order contains pre-order items, they will be shipped within 15 to 21 days, separately from the items in stock.

Delivery costs are 4 Chf/€. For purchases over 60 Chf/€, delivery is free.

For Hadi Prestige members, delivery is free on all orders.

Returns and refunds

Perform a return

You have a period of 30 days from the delivery date or the receipt of the gift card by email, to return the item(s) to us.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You will need to contact us by email at info@hadijewelry.com or directly through our contact form here to inform us of your request.

The returned items must not have been worn. They must be in their original packaging (box and pouch) in perfect condition.

Refund

Once the returned package is received at the address indicated by our customer service, our return service takes between 4 and 7 business days to process your returns.

Once the package is processed, you will be contacted by our customer service at the email used to place the order, and our customer service may ask you for more details regarding your return or confirm the refund of your order.

Once the refund confirmation is received, you will receive the payment within 5 to 10 business days on the payment method used to pay for your order.

Pre-order

Why are some jewelry items available for pre-order?

There are 2 reasons why some of our jewelry is available for pre-order:

  • The jewelry is sold out and is waiting to be restocked
  • The jewelry is currently being made, including new releases that you can discover in preview

For any pre-order jewelry purchase, we offer you a 10% discount to thank you for your patience.

What are the delivery times?

For pre-order jewelry, the delivery time is 15 to 21 days.

If your order contains items in stock, they will be delivered in separate packages between 2 to 4 business days.

What is My Hadi?

My Hadi is the *exclusive* rewards program from Hadi Jewelry that rewards you for your purchases.

Earn points to exchange for discounts on your future orders.

It also includes gifts on your birthday and the added bonus of referring your friends, which means a discount for them and for you!

How to earn points?
For Hadi Prestige members, you earn 3 points for every 1 Chf/€ spent in the store.
How to redeem points?

As soon as you have accumulated enough points, you can exchange them for discount vouchers:

200 points = 10 Chf/€ discount

400 points = 20 Chf/€ discount

800 points = 40 Chf/€ discount

1000 points = 50 Chf/€ discount

Additional information

Points are calculated based on the subtotal of your purchase after any discounts have been applied.

You do not earn points on taxes and shipping fees.

When products are returned for a refund, the points earned from your purchase will be deducted from your account.

Our Hadi Jewelry brand ambassadors are outgoing individuals who are active in their communities. Oh, and they really love Hadi Jewelry and want to share it with everyone they know!

By becoming an ambassador, you will have access to tons of free gifts and cool benefits, content, as well as an exclusive discount code that your friends, family, and followers can use to shop at the store with a 20% discount. And did we mention that we will give you a 15% commission on every sale you make?

To be a Hadi Jewelry brand ambassador, you must be active on Instagram (if you are also active on other social networks, even better!) and be over 18 years old. We are currently accepting applications from residents of Switzerland and France.

Rules for Brand Ambassadors
Thank you very much for being a brand ambassador for Hadi Jewelry! Your participation as a brand ambassador is governed by terms and policies that contain rules. Below are some answers to some frequently asked questions. These rules are very important, so we hope you will read them carefully. - You must be 18 years or older to be an ambassador. - You can share your ambassador code on your social networks or blogs, only on what belongs to you. - Please do not comment with your ambassador code on Hadi Jewelry's social media posts or channels (i.e. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). - Do not sell Hadi Jewelry items at events of any kind (e.g. markets, home sales, etc.). - DO NOT add your ambassador code to offer sites! - Remember that the purpose of being a brand ambassador is to bring new customers to the brand, help spread the Hadi Jewelry movement, and create a positive and supportive environment! - Be kind and respectful to all other ambassadors. - If any of the rules are not followed, you will be automatically removed from the brand ambassador program.
What are the rewards for ambassadors?
  • You have made your first sale! We will send you a set of 2 jewelry of your choice.
  • You have made 30 sales, receive 3 jewelry of your choice.
  • You make 50 sales or more per month. Receive a set of 2 jewelry of your choice every month.

You will receive real-time emails each time you reach the next level!

You will receive each reward only once. Sales do not reset at the beginning of each new month or year, except for ambassadors who make 50 sales or more per month.

When are rewards processed/shipped?

We process rewards on the 1st of each month and ship them 1 to 2 business days after processing. The delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.

How do I get paid for my sales?
To make payments as simple as possible, we pay our brand ambassadors' commissions via PayPal, a free service that is very easy and quick to sign up for. Now, to apply as a brand ambassador, you must have a PayPal account to register. To get started, go to paypal.com to create your account. Without a PayPal account linked to your Ambassador account, we will not be able to pay you any commission. Your PayPal account must be private and not business. When applying as an ambassador, you must fill in your PayPal email address in the field labeled "PayPal Email Address." Please note that this should be the email address you use to log in to your PayPal account, NOT your PayPal link. Commissions are paid between the 1st and 5th of each month on each eligible purchase. You will receive an email from PayPal as soon as the commissions are paid! IMPORTANT: The return period is 30 days for each order. To be eligible for the purchase, this period must be waited for.
In which cases are commissions not accounted for?

Sales commissions are not counted if the person using your code cancels or returns the order.

As an ambassador, can I participate in the My Hadi program?

Yes, absolutely. You simply need to sign up for the My Hadi program.
