Membership Policy

Hadi Cercle is an annual membership with a one-year commitment. It renews automatically each year until you decide to end it. You have 30 days after purchase to cancel it, provided you have not used any membership benefits (member discount, free shipping, extended warranty, birthday gift, or any other benefit).

Membership benefits:

• 15% off every piece of jewelry, including during sales
• Free shipping on every order
• A two-year warranty on all our jewelry
• A piece of jewelry for your birthday
• A dedicated advisor available by email or phone to answer each of your questions with care

Right of withdrawal

Here is the procedure for exercising your right of withdrawal:

1. You have 30 days from the confirmation of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided you have not used any of the membership benefits. As soon as a benefit has been used — member discount, free shipping, or otherwise — the membership is deemed fulfilled, and the right of withdrawal no longer applies. After the 30-day period, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.
2. Submit your request by email to cercle@hadijewelry.com or through our contact form here.
3. Once your request has been processed, we will refund your membership, if the conditions above are met.

This policy applies only to Hadi Cercle membership. It does not apply to the purchase of jewelry, which is covered by our usual return conditions.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of renewal or reactivation.
