Monthly subscription with no commitment: It is renewed every month until you decide to stop it. You have 7 days after purchase to cancel, provided that you have not used any benefits.
Annual subscription with a 1-year commitment: It is automatically renewed every year until you decide to stop it. You have 30 days after purchase to cancel, provided that you have not used any benefits.

Below is the procedure to follow to exercise your right of withdrawal on a product received within the last 30 days:
- You have a period of 7 or 30 days depending on the subscription plan chosen, starting from the confirmation of your order, to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will then be able to request an exchange, a credit, or a refund. After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
