Delivery, returns and cancellation
As soon as your membership is added to the cart, your member price is activated: −15% on all our pieces, plus free delivery. Once your purchase is confirmed, you become a member of the Cercle, and all your benefits are yours.
No card is sent: your membership is registered to your account.
Hadi Cercle is an annual membership, with a one-year commitment. You have 30 days after purchase to cancel it, provided you have not received any benefits. At the end of the year, it renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. We notify you before each renewal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of renewal or reactivation.

What is Hadi Circle?
Hadi Circle is our membership program. For 39 CHF per year, you join our member circle and enjoy, all year round: a 15% discount on every piece, early access to new arrivals, free delivery, an extended two-year warranty, a piece of jewelry for your birthday, and a dedicated advisor at your service.
How do I join the Circle?
Add the membership to your cart and complete your order. Your benefits are active as soon as your purchase is confirmed: your member price applies to your very first order, with no waiting.
How long does the membership last?
Your membership lasts for one year from the date you sign up.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes, so that your benefits are not interrupted. We always notify you before the renewal date, and you remain free to leave the Circle before it renews. You are never charged without knowing it.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days after joining to cancel, provided you have not received any benefits.
Does the member price apply across the entire store?
Yes, on all our pieces, without exception.
Does the member price stack with the sale?
Yes. During sales, your member discount is added to the already reduced price.
