Monthly subscription without commitment you have 7 days after purchase to cancel, provided you have not used any benefits. It will be automatically renewed at the end of the one-month period unless you choose to cancel before the renewal date.
Annual subscription with a 1-year commitment you have 30 days after purchase to cancel your subscription, provided you have not used any benefits. However, it will be automatically renewed at the end of the one-year period unless you choose to cancel before the renewal date.
The right of withdrawal for both subscription plans does not apply in the case of renewal or reactivation.

Do you offer a trial period?
We do not offer a free trial period, but our monthly subscription without commitment at 14.90 CHF allows you to freely test all the benefits of Hadi Prestige. Cancel anytime!
Does the 40% discount apply to the entire store?
Yes! Your 40% discount applies to all our jewelry, without exception. Only Hadi Prestige subscriptions and gift cards are not eligible for the discount.
Can I use the 40% discount in combination with other promotions or discount codes?
Good news: your 40% discount even applies to sale items! This way, you combine discounts for unbeatable prices.
Regarding promo codes:
- Some codes can be combined with your member discount
- Others cannot (special promotions or specific offers)
- You will be informed directly in your cart if a code is not compatible with your Hadi Prestige benefit

Can I cancel my Hadi Prestige subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time according to the terms of your plan.
Monthly subscription (14.90 CHF/€ per month)
- Right of withdrawal: 7 days after subscription, if you have not used any benefits
- Cancel anytime: cancel before the monthly renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month
- Automatic renewal every month (unless canceled)
Annual subscription (79 CHF/€ per year)
- Right of withdrawal: 30 days after subscription, if you have not used any benefits
- Cancellation: cancel before the end date of your subscription period to avoid automatic renewal
- Automatic renewal after 12 months (unless canceled)
Important:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to renewals or reactivations of subscriptions.
