How can I become a Hadi Prestige member?
Becoming a Hadi Prestige member is very simple: add the subscription to your cart and your benefits appear immediately, a –40 % discount on jewelry and free delivery. After your purchase is confirmed, everything activates automatically and you can immediately enjoy the exclusive experience reserved for our members.
How long does the Hadi Prestige subscription last?
You can choose between two plans suited to your needs:
Monthly subscription – 15 CHF/€ month
- Automatically renewed each month
- No commitment: cancellable at any time
- Full flexibility to pause or cancel whenever you want
Annual subscription – 79 CHF/€ year
- 1-year commitment
- Best value for money
- Automatically renewed after 12 months (unless cancelled before the term)
Do you offer a trial period?
We don't offer a free trial period, but our no-commitment monthly subscription at 15 CHF/€ lets you try all the Hadi Prestige benefits freely. Cancel anytime!
Does the 40% discount apply to the entire store?
Yes! Your 40% discount applies to all our jewelry, with no exceptions. Only Hadi Prestige subscriptions and gift cards are not eligible for the discount.
Can I use the 40% discount in combination with other promotions or discount codes?
Good news: your 40% discount also applies to sale items! You can therefore combine discounts for unbeatable prices.
About promo codes:
- Some codes can be combined with your member discount
- Others cannot (special promotions or specific offers)
- You will be notified directly in your cart if a code is not compatible with your Hadi Prestige benefit
In any case, we automatically apply the best discount for you!
Can I cancel my Hadi Prestige subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time according to the terms of your plan.
Monthly subscription (15 CHF/€ /month)
- Right of withdrawal: 7 days after subscription, if you have not used any benefits
- Cancel at any time : cancel before the monthly renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month
- Automatic renewal every month (unless canceled)
Annual subscription (79 CHF/€ per year)
- Right of withdrawal: 30 days after subscription, if you have not used any benefits
- Cancellation : cancel before the end date of your subscription period to avoid automatic renewal
- Automatic renewal after 12 months (unless canceled)
Important :
The right of withdrawal does not apply to a renewal or reactivation of a subscription.
