Hadi Prestige is our exclusive membership program that offers our members a 40% discount on all jewelry in our online store, as well as special benefits such as free shipping, early access to sales and new arrivals, 2 years of warranty...
How can I become a Hadi Prestige member?
Becoming a Hadi Prestige member is simple. All you need to do is subscribe to one of our Hadi Prestige memberships. Upon purchase confirmation via email, you will receive a personal code and a free shipping code to enter on the payment page with each purchase, allowing you to immediately enjoy all the benefits as an exclusive member.
How long does the Hadi Prestige subscription last?
We offer two subscription plans:
- Monthly subscription without commitment for 15 CHF/€ per month, with the freedom to pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
- Annual subscription with a 1-year commitment for 80 CHF/€ per year.
Do you offer a trial period?
No, but we offer a monthly subscription that you can suspend or cancel at any time, allowing you to test all the benefits of being a Hadi Prestige member.
Does the 40% discount apply to the entire store?
No, the discount does not apply to our Hadi Prestige subscriptions and gift cards.
Can I use the 40% discount in combination with other promotions or discount codes?
As a member, you receive a 40% discount on our sale items. Not all promo codes are valid, but this will be indicated on the cart page.
What are the benefits of becoming a member by signing up for the My Hadi program?
As a member of Hadi Prestige and by signing up for the My Hadi program, you will receive 3 times more points than our non-member customers.
Can I cancel my Hadi Prestige subscription?
Monthly subscription without commitment you have 7 days after purchase to cancel, provided that you have not benefited from any advantage.
Annual subscription with a 1-year commitment you have 30 days after purchase to cancel your subscription. However, it will be automatically renewed at the end of the one-year period, unless you choose to cancel before the renewal date.
The right of withdrawal for both subscription plans does not apply in the case of renewal or reactivation.
