Refund of one or more products (excluding subscriptions)

A refund for a product is only possible if you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return one or more products from your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will then be able to request an exchange, a credit, or a refund. After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal. 

Below is the procedure to follow to exercise your right of withdrawal on a product received in the last 30 days: 

  1. You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will then be able to request an exchange, a credit, or a refund. After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal. 
  2. The returned product must be complete and in perfect condition for use, otherwise Hadi Jewelry cannot guarantee a full refund. If you received a promotional offer when purchasing it, you will need to return all the complimentary products so that we can refund the product in full. 
  3. You must include a note in your package in addition to the returned product indicating your name, the email address used to place the order, your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, the reason for your return, and whether you want an exchange, a credit, or a refund. Please note that without this information, our teams will not be able to locate your order and therefore will not be able to process it. 
  4. You will then need to contact our customer service via our contact form to find out the address to return your package to. Hadi Jewelry will not be held responsible if the delivery is made to the wrong address if you do not contact us.
  5. In the case of a withdrawal, the return costs are at your expense. We recommend choosing a return method with tracking, as Hadi Jewelry cannot be held responsible for the loss of your package or its delivery to the wrong address.

Once we receive the package you have returned, it will be processed within 4 to 7 business days from the date of receipt. Once your return is processed, we will send you a credit, a refund, or create a new order for your exchange. 

 

Refund of Hadi Prestige subscription

A refund of the Hadi Prestige subscription is only possible if you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal. 

You have 30 days from the confirmation of your order to cancel your subscription, only if you have not benefited from any advantages. If you placed an order before the 30 days, earned points with the My Hadi program, or received other benefits, the Hadi Prestige subscription will not be refundable. You will then be able to request an exchange, a credit, or a refund. After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal. 

The Hadi Prestige subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the one-year period, unless you choose to cancel before the renewal date from your account.

Below is the procedure to follow to exercise your right of withdrawal on a product received in the last 30 days: 

  1. You have 30 days from the confirmation of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will then be able to request an exchange, a credit, or a refund. After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal. 
  2. Notify us of your cancellation request by email at info@hadijewelry.com or directly on our form here 
  3. Once your request is processed, we will send you a credit, a refund, or create a new order for your exchange. 

 

Refund of gift cards

A refund of a gift card is only possible if you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the gift card by email. Unless you requested the gift card to be sent on a specific date, the date of receiving the gift card by email corresponds to the date of purchase. 

Below is the procedure to follow to exercise your right of withdrawal on a gift card received by email in the last 30 days: 

  1. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your gift card by email to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will then be able to request an exchange, a credit, or a refund. After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal. 
  2. The gift card must not have been used. To check if the gift card has been fully or partially used, simply check its balance. If the amount is complete, the gift card has not been used, but if it is partial or 0 Chf/€, then the gift card has been used and cannot be subject to a withdrawal request. 
  3. You will need to contact our customer service via our contact form explaining that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. In your request, you must provide the following information: 
    1. The email used for the gift card purchase
    2. The order number associated with the gift card purchase
    3. The activation code of the gift card

 

Defective products, wrong product received, or incomplete order

If you receive an order containing a defective product, the wrong product, or a missing product you ordered, please contact our customer service via our contact form as soon as possible with the order number you are referring to and a photo of the received jewelry (in the case of receiving a defective product or the wrong product) or a photo of the entire received package, including the packaging (in the case of receiving an incomplete order). 

Our customer service will then take the necessary steps to address your issue as soon as possible: 

  • Defective product: our customer service may offer you:
    • to send you a perfectly fine piece of jewelry while stocks last (if out of stock, they will provide you with a credit)
    • to provide you with a credit for the amount of the received jewelry valid for one year from the date of credit creation
    • our service cannot offer you a refund if you received a defective product; you will need to choose one of the two options above. If you want a refund, you will need to exercise your right of withdrawal regarding the jewelry you received (see Refund of one or more products section)
  • Wrong product : our customer service will provide you with a pre-paid return label to return the wrong product and can then offer you:
    • to send you the correct piece of jewelry while stocks last (if out of stock, they can offer you a piece of jewelry of the same market value or a refund)
    • to provide you with a credit for the amount of the received jewelry valid for one year from the date of credit creation
    • our service can only offer you a refund if the product you originally ordered is out of stock. If it is still in stock, it will not be possible to request a refund for it
  • Incomplete Order : our customer service may offer you:
    • to resend the jewelry to you within the limits of available stock (if out of stock, they may offer you a jewelry of the same market value or a refund)
    • to provide you with a credit note for the amount of the received jewelry valid for one year from the date of the credit note creation
    • our service may only offer you a refund in case the product you initially ordered is no longer in stock. If it is still in stock, it will not be possible to request a refund for it

Exceptions - Products that cannot be returned

  • Items that have been worn cannot be returned and/or refunded.
  • Incomplete returns, jewelry, pouches, and boxes.

Refund Timeframe
Once the return package is received at the address indicated by our customer service, our return service takes between 4 and 7 business days to process your returns. Once the package is processed, you will be contacted by our customer service at the email used to place the order, and our customer service may ask for more details regarding your return or confirm the refund of your order.
Upon receiving the refund confirmation, you will receive the payment within 5 to 10 business days on the payment method used to place your order.
