Return and Refund Policy
At Hadi Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. We do everything possible to ensure that every order brings you complete satisfaction. However, if you wish to return a product or exercise your right of withdrawal, you will find below all the applicable terms depending on the type of purchase made.
1. Returns and refunds – Non-subscription products
A product refund is only possible within the framework of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with current legislation. You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return. After this period, no refund or exchange requests will be accepted.
Procedure to follow:

Contact our customer service via the contact form available on our website to obtain the return address. Hadi Jewelry cannot be held responsible if sent to an incorrect address without prior contact.

Carefully prepare your package:

Products must be complete, unworn, and in perfect condition, accompanied by their original packaging (jewelry, pouch, and box).

Include a note specifying your name, the email address used for the order, the order number, the returned products, the reason for the return, and your request (exchange, credit, or refund).
Without this information, your return cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend choosing tracked shipping, as Hadi Jewelry cannot be held responsible for loss or delivery errors.
Upon receipt of the package by our logistics team, your request will be processed within 4 to 7 business days. You will then receive confirmation of your refund, credit, or exchange according to your initial choice.
In the case of a purchase benefiting from a promotional offer or free products, a full refund is only possible if all concerned items (purchased products and gifts) are returned.
2. Refund of Hadi Prestige subscriptions
Hadi Prestige subscriptions can only be refunded within the framework of the right of withdrawal and provided that no benefits have been used.
Monthly subscription – no commitment

Automatically renewed each month until cancellation.

Right of withdrawal: 7 days after purchase to cancel your subscription, provided no benefits have been used.
Annual subscription – 12-month commitment

Automatically renewed each year until cancellation.

Right of withdrawal: 30 days after purchase to cancel your subscription, provided no benefits have been used.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in case of renewal or reactivation of a subscription.
Procedure:
Send your cancellation request to info@hadijewelry.com or via the contact form available on our website. Once your request is processed, you will receive confirmation of your refund, credit, or exchange.
3. Refund of gift cards
A gift card refund is only possible within the framework of the right of withdrawal, provided it has not been used, even partially. You have a period of 30 days from the receipt by email of the gift card to exercise your right of withdrawal. The card is valid for 5 years from its purchase date.
Procedure:

Contact our customer service via the contact form indicating:

the email address used at the time of purchase,

and the gift card code.

Our team will verify that the card has not been used (full balance).

Once validated, a refund, credit, or exchange will be made according to your wish.
4. Defective products, errors, or incomplete orders
If your order has a defect, an incorrect product, or a missing item, quickly contact our customer service via the online form, specifying your order number and a photo of the product or the complete package as appropriate.
Our team will analyze the situation and propose the most suitable solution:
Defective product

Replacement of the product subject to stock availability,

or issuance of a credit valid for 1 year.
(If you want a direct refund, you must exercise your right of withdrawal on the concerned product.)
Wrong product received

Provision of a prepaid return label,

then sending the correct jewelry (or equivalent jewelry if out of stock),

or issuance of a credit / refund if the original product is no longer available.
Incomplete order

Sending the missing jewelry (or equivalent if out of stock),

or issuance of a credit / refund if the product is no longer available.
5. Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

Jewelry that has been worn, damaged, or shows signs of wear;

Incomplete returns, i.e., without all original elements (jewelry, pouch, box, or any other supplied accessory);

Products not meeting the return conditions mentioned above (expired deadline, no tracking number, insufficient packaging, etc.).
Hadi Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return not meeting these conditions to ensure the quality and safety of resale products.
6. Refund period
Once the package is received and validated by our returns department, therefund is made within a 14-day period from receipt of the return, via the same payment method used during the order.
